NOTARIZATION
Our company offers a full range of legal document services, including legal certification, apostilles and notarization.
Notary Services for Translated Documents – Notarization is the first step one must take before having a document legally certified or before obtaining an apostille. Notarizing a translated document will also make it acceptable for submission to official Russian agencies. The notarization process typically requires 1-3 days for completion.
Legal certification - Legal certification is a special procedure that gives a document legal force abroad (in one country). This procedure requires 5-10 days for completion.
Apostilles – Obtaining an apostille is a simplified procedure granting legal certification in all countries that are signatories to the Hague Convention. The Hague Convention defines an apostille as a special seal granting official foreign documents legal force in signatory countries. As the Russian Federation is a signatory to the Hague Convention, official documents from government bodies and official organizations do not require additional certification once they have been apostilled and are recognized as official, legal documents in all signatories to the Convention. Apostille procedures require 1-7 days for completion.
